I never have the chance to fill in any credentials. Eventually, the VPN icon disappears and the status remains "Idle". Upon connecting in the Settings app, I get into a kind of jittering status loop of "Problem with connection" and "Idle", the VPN symbol flickering on Home Screen. Personally, though, I only came as far as point 4. Thank you very much for taking the time to reply! This will be very useful for other users as well. If anyone can make this IPv6 fix permanent, that would be great. This fix is gone after a reboot or network restart from Utilities.
